Teamworking

The experience of BEOPS has been forged through various complementary professional stages.

Prior to its creation BEOPS manager, Mathieu SARASA (Doctor in Behavior, Ecology and Evolution, Paul Sabatier University - Toulouse 3) had already conducted dozens of studies. Collaborating with universities, natural parks and associations, he studied issues of applied and fundamental ecology in France and abroad. The scientific publications of these studies have mainly focused on mammals and birds, on topics such as abundance estimates, behavioral ecology, parasitism, epidemiology, population dynamics, wildlife management and assessments of conservation status.

For BEOPS, the concept of team often goes beyond the institutional framework, as for many studies, synergies between complementary professionals from different institutions are needed.
